1. Agreement to Terms

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Provisions that should survive (disclaimers, limitations, indemnification) remain in effect
  • We may delete your User Content (subject to our data retention policies)

13. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution First

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

  • The arbitrator's decision is final and binding
  • Judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction

Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES INDIVIDUALLY.

You waive any right to:

  • Participate in a class action lawsuit
  • Participate in class-wide arbitration
  • Serve as a representative in any class proceeding

Exceptions

The following are NOT subject to arbitration:

  • Claims that may be brought in small claims court
  • Requests for injunctive relief to stop unauthorized use or abuse
  • Claims related to intellectual property infringement

Opt-Out

You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice within 30 days of first using the Site to:

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
